Monarch Moto — Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of performance parts and electronics, all sales from Monarch Moto are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the item and packaging  

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Installation Disclaimer
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged during installation are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Professional installation is strongly recommended for all parts.

Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their bike or setup before purchasing. Monarch Moto is not responsible for improper fitment due to customer error.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by Monarch Moto.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Chargebacks & Fraud
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may result in order bans and dispute evidence being submitted to the payment provider.
